3. The broaching knife is made of imported W18Cr4V material. Its hardness is high and its wear-resistance is excellent. Each broach knief can process up to 20, 000 specimens.

4. It is equipped with double-pole and processes two specimen gaps simultaneously with a “V” type and a “U” type (also two “V” or two “U”type). Weather processing “V” or “U” notch, the pole don’t need changing. Processing specimen gap only needs 8 seconds.

5. It is equipped with special lubrication device which has good lubricity to avoid damaging broaches. The inside of equipment has recycling box for iron chips to facilitate clearance.
